reachbysam.com is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party scripts. No accounts, forms, or comment systems exist here. The site is served through a CDN, which keeps ordinary server logs (timestamps, requested paths, IP addresses) for security and reliability, as CDNs do.

If you email support, the contents of that message and your address are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

Checkout and delivery

Purchase, payment, and digital delivery are handled by the storefront platform shown at checkout (currently Pocketsflow). That platform collects the information needed to complete and record the sale — name, email, payment details, and order reference — under its own privacy terms. Sam receives the order reference and the buyer email for delivery and support purposes, not payment card details.

Ghostwriting OS (the product)

The product itself is a downloadable instruction system with no network client, seller endpoint, telemetry, DRM, or activation. It does not contact any server. The optional validation script reads package files locally and writes a test report; it does not process your writing or contact a server.

When you use it, you submit your writing to an AI provider of your choice, which receives and may retain or process it under that provider's own policies. You choose what to submit; redact credentials, personal addresses, confidential client details, and other people's private information first. Deleting a local file does not delete copies held by a provider.
